I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIBERTY MANAGEMENT TO ANYONE – I received poor service from Liberty Management. They did not look out for my best interest. They charged me way too much for repairs, and blamed the tenant for everything. They took no responsibiltiy for their actions. The final straw was when they took over 20 days to fix a leak that turned into a major repair because of this neglect. Caring & Great – I am a single woman with two teenage children and I have been renting a property from Liberty Management for several years and always have had great service. The owner decided to sell the property that I was renting and I thought that I was going to have to move. Excellent Service – Excellent service with selling both times I used Liberty Management, Inc. First time I used them my home was sold in 1 day. The second, 3 yrs later, my home was sold in 5 days.
Service is just a trade mark – I'm an landloard for some properties is San Antonio, and I've been with Liberty for some time, and I never had a problem with their management of my properties. I did some research about them, I did not found any negativiness comments about them. My tenants a very please with their services.
