One less thing that I need to worry about. – During my employment to Iraq Liberty Management has kept our house rented and handled the maintenance and took care of everything including sending our money straight to the bank. Great rental and management experience with Liberty Management – I started out renting a small home from Liberty Management over 10 years ago. I never had any problems. A few years later I was able to buy my first home. I was transferred to Korea a few years later; I decided not to sell my home, but to rent it. I called Liberty Management and set everything up. They send my funds straight to the bank. The house has now rented for over a year and I couldn't be happier.

Great Management Services – I am a Military Member and when I received PCS orders we had not owned our home long enough to be able to sell it and get our equity out. One of our friends referred Liberty Management to us as they had been renting from them, and said that they did a great job. They have managed our home for about 3 years now. They have always responded to our concerns and issues on our home. The staff has always been helpful and the contractors good. I can say we would recommend them to both owners and tenants
Very Happy! – I live in North Carolina and I have used several managers in the past, but none as good as Liberty Management. Also my tenants are happy now too because the repairs are taken care of. Unique Perspective on several management companies – I own a maintenance company and I do work for several property management companies. This gives me a unique perspective and a firsthand look into how different property management companies handle the properties that they manage. After seeing how Liberty Management compares to the other management companies that I do maintenance for I have Liberty Management manage my personal rental properties
...can I put you on hold? – Customer service is severely lacking. I have had trouble getting a check that was somehow lost, but the accounts clerk said there was no record of a payment ever having been sent.
