Tommy is amazing when it comes to maintenance request and repairs. No sooner have I hit send on the request and he is knocking on the door to do the repairs.
Maintenance is fast and efficient. The maintenance guy I think his name is Tommy is absolutely amazing. His customer service skills are amazing. Very friendly. Very very knowledgeable about any questions I ask and I ask a lot of questions. Thanks for always answering them with passion and no attitude. Hire another 1000 just like him.

One of the best things about midvale heights apartments is the maintenance team. The maintenance manager Thomas and Moe along with the rest of the team, always take Great care of us. Their work is good and done quickly. Thomas and Moe have both gone out of their way to help get work done and done right.
