I bought a used vehicle from liberty it broke down within 3 days. Took it back and they ‘fixed’ it and sent me down the road only for it to break down 2 days later. It has now been in the shop for over 2 weeks and no one at liberty will call me back to fix the situation or get me a temporary truck so I can go about my daily life. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I was in desperate need for a vehicle and knew nothing about financing cars but sales associate Kolton Vadnal came and helped me through each and every process and was very patient with me and answered any questions I had. he is super friendly and very outgoing and you can really tell he cares about his job and helping his customers find exactly what they’re looking for!
I recently purchased a new vehicle from Liberty GMC, Ryan Shippy was our sales associate. He was absolutely amazing took the time to show us various vehicles not to mention it was raining outside ! They have great customer service. Will definitely recommend any family members and friends that are looking to purchase a new vehicle.
