My wife and I bought a new 2019 Yukon Denali at Liberty GMC last year. The entire process was absolutely perfect. We have had the vehicle in twice , once for service and today to correct a minor warranty item. Service Consultant Jim Sepe handled our visit both times. And did so perfectly. We highly recommend requesting that Jim Sepe be your consultant. Finally, we did not know Jim before purchasing this vehicle so this review is purely based upon our experience.
Had the best car buying experience @ Liberty thanks to Kolton Vadnal. This young man knows his vehicle facts, inventory, and knows how to get you into a price you are comfortable with. You instantly feel like family when you are with Kolton and can instantly know that his intentions are genuine when he says he isn’t happy unless you are happy. Needless to say we were happy walking away in the exact vehicle of our choice and the price was absolutely what we were comfortable with. Thank you Kolton !
Bought a brand new Sierra Denali. 2 weeks and 1400 miles later the truck started overheating while I was on vacation with my family. Had to have the truck towed to liberty gmc with my own AAA because Onstar would only tow 25 miles and I was 100 miles away. Called liberty gmc about it and they rudely said they couldn’t do anything about it until Monday. Not even a loaner or anything. Now my family and I are stuck with no vehicle on vacation.

A note of appreciation to James Cooper with the recent purchase Sunday of our new 2020 Denali Terrain. This is our Second purchase with James, first was in May 2017 of 2017 Denali Terrain.
