Not recommended! Just an fyi- Husband took our Escape to CAL HANS in Loudonville on 11-5-13 and was charged $1049.00 for repairs. He specifically asked them if it was even worth fixing and they said YES and gladly took my $1049.00. On 12-27-13 I had to take it back because he was having the same issues he was having before, and this time, they told him it was unsafe for road use and recommended he replace the vehicle that they JUST charged us $1049.00 to work on a little more than a month ago. Worst dealership ever - full of LIES I phoned Ed Koehn after seeing an ad for a Ford Taurus and wanted to get their unlisted price - I was told by Pedro that he could not offer me the vehicle I was calling about within my price range but he had another one which he could sell "out the door" for $15,000. The worst body shop in the ENTIRE WORLD. If I could I would rate it a 0 By far the worst Body Shop EVER!!! I chose this Ford dealer because it was a Service Station and Auto Body shop, Run and Hide don t bring your car. My husband had an accident and was hit from behind. USAA recommended ACE and unfortunately we brought our car there. We explained to the representative that we were hit.
