Love the customer service. Today was a bit out of the ordinary. I've been trying to call over the past 20 minutes and I keep getting "We're sorry, your call did not go through. All circuits are busy." I was then immediately contacted after posting my review and I was explained what was going on with their phones. This is great customer service and I appreciate the info. LFCU is a very reliable bank and I trust to continue my services with them. Thank you very much for all your help!
