I deposited $220 into a loan payment. On the deposit slip I wrote $210 and signed in the slot that stated “Signature required for cash back”. The teller returned my slip for the deposit of $210 but no cash back. When I brought it up that I gave her $220 she counted her drawer and stated that it was right and I did not give her $220. I contacted the manager after, and after only 15 minutes contacted me back and stated that he counted her drawer and just reinforced that it was correct. My kids have accounts there and they always send them free invites monthly for saving. They go out of there way to help you in any situation. Shawna is my favorite banker.
