I've been a member for 25 years (since they were BECU) I've always had amazing service. The tellers are always friendly and knowledgeable. I've worked with Shawna and Jo on loans and they are excellent!
Horrible bank. The bank tellers are nice but the head people are not helpful at all. Canceled my account and and still can't set up a new bank because of there error.
