I had cataract surgery there this morning. Everyone you encounter is pleasant and efficient and hard working. Nurses have multiple patients at once but still manage to get stuff done. Dr Nissman is proffesional , kind and efficient. I was in and out in no time Bonus : this surgical center is very close to my house. Early in the day parking is ok. Later it gets very crowded thats the only down side

The front desk staff is very nice and efficient. The nurses are also nice and they have several patients on their hands at any given time. My one gripe is that no one explained to me what was going to happen next and how long it was going to take. I just followed directions but I was lost the whole time. Also, while in the OR, I don’t think anyone asked me how I was doing. Seems like so many patients go through there every day, the little things that make patients comfortable seem to go by the wayside.

The parking situation is ridiculous. The small lot overflows to the street and, even then, it's tough finding a close spot. But that's the downside which really is just a minor inconvenience. The staff, from start to finish, are awesome people. When you're anticipating eye surgery, a calm and cheerful voice does help you relax a little. My mom had her eye surgery in Aug 2022. It was not a good experience. We had waited for 2 hours before they called her in. I gave it three stars because of the nurse and the doctor. Front desk was not nice and helpful.
