Horrible customer service and professionalism. Had to come here to pick up paperwork for my mom (the actual patient), but the front desk lady apparently knows all the patients by name because if she doesn't recognize you, you don't exist as a patient. She's also not gonna bother to look you up either but will send you on a goose chase first. My father in law receives dialysis when he is visiting us from MN. He loves the consistency in the way he is treated from all of the staff. Employees are welcoming and kind, great care! He says they are “by far the very best dialysis clinic he has ever been too”. Thank you!
Excellent dialysis clinic operated by US Renal Care. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff in a brightly lit hemo-dialysis facility with your own television, remote controls and a comfortable reclining chair with the option of a heated seat. The clinic is divided into a section that serves Hemo-Dialysis patients as well as a section that provides care for home based Peritoneal Dialysis patients.
Everyone's courteous and friendly. Even doctors are nice even when you ask something dumb. They all explain things until you understand.
