Avoid Liberty dental. I've paid all my deductibles as well as my dental insurance. They threaten to report me credit agency over $68.00 that they knew I didn't owe. Their mishandling of their bookkeeping is their problem. They know and have records that I've always paid in full. Never again.
Great place! Staff is friendly and dentist is very knowledgeable.
When I started Medicare I switched to Liberty Dental. I had a cleaning exam which went well. I was disappointed that I could not get an appointment for 11 months for my next cleaning. I received a phone call on Friday that my insurance was no longer accepted here. My appointment was scheduled for Tuesday. They said I was welcome to keep it and pay out of pocket and maybe my insurance would cover it.
