Left my son a message he was going to homeless and the refused to answer my calls . Refused to answer questions . Do not sign up with them for services
Pre-covid, we didn't have problems with Liberty, but when everyone started working from home, our services began to be impacted negatively. Our last two Supports Coordinators have been absolutely terrible. They're either lazy, incompetent or a mixture of the two. Our requests to have our hours split differently between the home care agency and Tempus have been completely ignored, and our Supports Coordinator has been stringing us along for months assuring us that she has submitted the requests to Keystone. Worst Service Coordination Agency in existence. The Service coordinators seem not toknow what to do whenever I have a concern. Its as if their staff are not trained on the job requirements
Insanely high turn over rates, completely idiotic management, surly, lazy, incompetent coordinators who are impossible to get a hold of in an emergency. Strongly do not recommend as your loved one's care coordinators. If you are assigned to them, transfer away from Liberty as fast as you can. I would leave a -5 if I could.
