Had my timing chain replaced due to a recall, then the water pump started leaking. Dealership said that the water pump was bad and needed to be replaced for almost $600. As it turns out, not all the bolts were fully installed. Husband removed, inspected and put back on. No new water pump water needed.

Took my husbands truck in for recalls and missing stuff out of the truck and they won’t do anything about it! There is theft but nothing they can do! Pisses me off. Service managers needs to learn how to deal with customers. Never again!
Cars are sold without titles and cars can not be registered. Been waiting since December. Can you say against the law. Predator!
