The service advisors were so rude and so unpleasant to work with. Will not be back for business unless they are taken care of and taught some manners
Took my truck in to be diagnosed on a Monday got the diagnostic done on a Wednesday and got my truck back on a Thursday. Told the manager I shouldn’t have to pay the diagnostic fee because of the wait for my truck. He tried to explain that their business was just like my business. That’s very unprofessional! They made me feel like I wasn’t a priority. Don’t recommend coming here! I guess they didn’t need my business.
⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I purchased my vehicle from Liberty Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and I have used them for any repairs, oil changes and tires (I did shop around). My most recent repair had some hiccups but the customer service I received from Crystal, Bo and Matt was excellent! I will be back. Thank you 😊
Service department had my son’s car all day. He talked to the service manager several times before dropping it off. At 3:45 he’s finally told it needs tires before they can do the alignment. At 5:30 they closed with his vehicle still on the rack with no tires on it. They won’t know if it needs any other parts until after the tires are done and the vehicle gets put on the alignment machine. Never again at this dealership
