Got my bottle this morning and i LOVE it, no weird smells in it, no need for the straw. as long as you drink it from the proper side there is no gurgling like others have stated. this bottle is amazing, very nice and even the lid is USA. no funky taste. I am thrilled and will be ordering again. thank you.
My water bottle was missing a seal but I contacted customer service and they sent me a new seal in under a week, free of charge!

I bought a 32oz bottle three years ago. Used it everyday. My son beat the heck out of it and the bottle is still in one piece. The customer service is the best I've come across (they returned all my emails during the weekend!)
