Like so many others here, I had to stop by and show my support. Loved the way you handled the disgruntled Thanksgiving customer. Your employees are quite lucky to work for such a great company that clearly cares about their staff, and standing up for them when the customer is clearly not right. Bravo!!
I never use water bottles. Just don't really have he need for them. But after reading the story about how you handled the complaint last fall, I will gladly give you a five star review. Absolutely perfect. Your employees are lucky to work for a great company like yours. Keep up the great work. And if the day comes that I do need a bottle, my money will be spent on your products.
