As with many others who have left reviews, I have never purchased one of your water bottles. And, like them, I recently read the story about the disgruntled customer and was delighted and pleased with how you handled the situation. You care about your employees, their families, and especially, our Veterans. American made, including all machinery. Pretty awesome. I've been in retail for 15 years or so now and it's not every day you get a company that will make a stand like you did last fall, and you did it for all the right reasons! Family first, company second! You also support our veterans and use American made stuff, Totally awesome!! ! You guys ROCK!

I am one of those who read the post addressing the disgruntled customer that wanted you to do business on Thanksgiving. I believe companies should provide good customer service. However, having worked in customer service in one way or the other for the last 27 years, I know that there are people out there that will abuse the "customer's always right" idea.
