Do not recommend. A.I runs real estate in Philadelphia.. your landlord is a computer.. they post rent half way through the month and harass u .. they will automatically file evictions without warning . U can be late one month .. they have a system that does not seem human at all .. if u want your kids to live some where safe and worry free dont rent from this company
I feel like not allowing other contractors in the house to fix something that they are refusing to fix is a little suspicious I will be looking more into that/ (mold in the central air vents) if there is mold outside the vents then it is mold inside the vents!
As I am preparing to move out of this property in Germantown my stay here has not been an easy one. From the putrid smell emulating from the open basement especially after the rain to the ratchet ghetto mess on this block. From ppl sitting on our steps letting dogs urinate on them, bullet holes in the front entry to never getting fresh air from the front or back of the house. Neighbor has a dog and plenty of trash in the back, so we could never sit in the yard, to weed smokers on the front. Moving in was easy & nearing the e... read more
