I’d like to start by saying that I don’t think I could have had a better experience.. The process didn’t take long at all. Tenisha was very professional ! Very knowledgeable & just over all kind hearted … her communication & attention to detail really stood out. I would recommend this company any day and Tenisha if you really want to come to my house warming your more then welcome I really appreciate you !
My experience viewing these rental properties was extremely frustrating. I spoke with the representative multiple times by phone throughout the day and confirmed the showing appointment. I arrived on time and waited at the property while repeatedly requesting updates regarding their arrival. I was initially told the representative would arrive by 1:15 PM, then advised they were only 5 minutes away. Very unprofessional, friend of mine scheduled a tour and even took off from work for a Saturday ,out of the open blue they just canceled with no reason for the cancellation or no reply back very unprofessional
