They don’t keep up with their emergency line what so ever. They hire people fast and just throw their employees anywhere they need them the most to cover the businesses backside. The receptionist seems to break employee to client confidentiality and not see a problem with it. Ms.Angelica Tapia is never available so there’s no way to file complaints on her staff , let alone try to get things done for the employees client. Over the last 5 years , Liberty Bell Home care has been wonderful ! Their staff is amazing and have been very helpful to my mother and I during very difficult times . They are very professional ,kind and truly care for the patients in their care. If you need a home care agency for a loved one in Philadelphia ,look no further than Liberty Bell Home care , they are the best !
