I recently closed on a huge property purchase (5/31/2019). Liberty Bell Agency had given a 4 for 1 title search deal for me back in November 2018, so I hired them as I signed this huge contract in January 2019. After repeated messages from all involved in this purchase, to provide us with the HUD statement, and closing date, they finally hired a new person who brought us to the closing table last day of May 2019, 5 months after contract signing. In 27 years of real estate, I had one of the worst experiences with Liberty Bell Agency. Their attention to details is very lacking, seems like they blame everyone else in the company for a mistake. Its extremely hard to get responses including confirmation of receipt of documents and wires. I would not recommend this business to anyone. And I welcome a call from anyone in management or any realtors contemplating on using their service.
My experience with them is they are extremely slow uncooperative and I will go out of my way to make sure there never involved in any of my deals again
