Long wait times at Wallingford branch as well as not very customer friendly. Employees at branch not able to help with accounts referring me to call centers. Will be looking to move my business to other institutions.
I’ve been a customer for many years and have always had a good experience at this location. The staff know me by name, and they’re always prompt to help me when I come in.
It started alright. Opened the account, everyone friendly. It was great. Then I came back to have a paper notarized and brought my mother with me as we had to both sign this document. They tell me that they will notarized it for me but not for my mother because she is not customer. Seriously? I have walked into Wells Fargo, and Ion Bank without being a customer, no problem, they notarized documents for me. So I went across the street to Bank of America, also a customer, mom is not.
