customer service was very professional and fast. I applied at 9am and was able to send all documents, and get approved for vehicle with great down payment within 2 hours. Not a long process at all. Liberty Auto Finance came through on a Nissan NV3500 that my family needed in a Pitch, with a large family and a broken down suburban 4 hours away from home.
