This "man" is a monster! He was bought and paid for by my ex husband, who in the corridor of the Court was comfortable enough to call his "Alan". After I lost my kids to my Ex Husband whom 12 months prior had been found guilty of Domestic violence for breaking my arm, TWICE in the year prior. Horrible evaluator. Had 730 done this guy will lie all day and make sure he screws one side. Do not tell this guy anything. Ask for new evaluator. Recommends move aways no matter the situation, in my case a 50-50 order and no criminal or domestic probLems. My kids are heartbroken because they are moving 1000 miles away now. Stay away. Several attorneys know about this snake

Does an outstanding job I read some of the negative comments on this and other sites with interest and I believe these negative comments are probably posted by some people that didn't fair well in their court evaluations and placed these remarks in retaliation. Hope this helps.

Dr. Liberman conducted a 730 on my family. He was very professional and easy to talk to. My kids felt comfortable talking with him and his office was clean and had toys for them. He told us he was locking the door so that people would not walk in on the session which I understood. Dr. Liberman put the kids best interest first that was the way the custody evaluation was written.

I know these situations are very personal and can become emotionally charged. It is not about winning or losing. There will be opinions from those who did get what they wanted and those who felt they did not. I was lucky to have things go the way I hoped so my opinion does not come from bitterness. This man who I will not refer to as a Dr is a complete disgrace to his and any other profession. His place of business and his appearance leave you with a dirty feeling instantly. He is a monster,a liar and corrupt.He has knowingly lied on many reports and has had kids taken from safe and happy homes and given to their abuser.If you are a parent who feels they have been victimized by him lost,please contact me.We need to protect all other children families from him

Liberman is terrible – Alan Lieberman was appointed by the court to do my 730 evaluation. So I saw his reviews on city search. He only had 3 they were all bad. Really bad. That was 2 years ago now he has all good ones. What happen to the bad ones. One of them was claiming he hit on her and had dinner with her once. I think he managed to get the good ones posted himself. This guy was the worst person.
