Food was excellent, my family loved it, staff is great and always attentive! The owners made the right choice in making Justin Serrano their manager. We will come back again, and I highly recommend if your in the new tampa area I suggest to stop by and eat here.
Fresh food made to order, great service but pricey
Excellent dining experience! Brought hubby and our two close friends for lunch. Steamed Edamame were perfect. Ordered Mongolian Beef, egg rolls and friends ordered Shrimp with Vegetables and Shrimp fried rice. Everything was so delicious!! Will definitely go back soon

This used to be my favorite restaurant! But family and friends warned me that quality has plummeted and, unfortunately, they were right. The food is gummy, undercooked, frankly just terrible. It even made my parents sick last time they tried it. I called and informed the manager and he couldn't care less (though he informed me he has only worked there a few months). I hope somehow Liang's can return to the high quality food and service they had a few years ago.
Food was great. Waiter was especially good. Food came in a timely fashion. Was good and hot. Great portions. Will definitely give it a 10.
