We were in Tampa for the day from Orlando and came to Liang's on a friends reccommendation. It was the best decision ever! It was very delicious and when life brings us back to Tampa we would definitely eat here again. Our server, Amanda was super friendly and very attentive. Great exeripence!!!
Food was hot and amazing. Portion size was right on point. Price was fair for the quality we received.

First time there and was impressed, had the crab puffs that were served with sweet chilli sauce and picked daikon radish. I also tried a Dan Dan noodle with ground pork, which I have never had before, but only heard of which were delicious. Ambiance was very nice, kinda of romantic. Will definitely be back.
