I had a great experience today at my appt. Jasmine was amazing. She answered all of my questions. Thanks Jasmine for making my experience amazing!
They force all customers to pay for a non-insurance covered test as you walk in the door. They force you to sign a document that approves the fee before they will even see you! They then continue their false diagnosis pressure in the form of false diagnosis of dry eye, where they use fear to manipulate you into another non-covered $3,000 treatment, along with $200 supplements that they continently have in stock. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. The office and rooms were very neat and clean. They took the time to talk to me and address any concerns I may of had. I was in and out of the office in a very reasonable amount of time. Very satisfied.
