Great customer service
Today I went to Li & Liao Optometry for an eye exam. Clean place overall, friendly staff almost a perfect expierence. Here is my biggest concern, it is sales heavy when it comes to glasses. I requested frames multiple times that were within my insurance coverage, and accordingly to the sales person nothing is under 200$. She immediately reached towards the Ray Bans and Polo's. One of the best doctor's office that I've been to. Everyone were polite and respectful. Very professional and I look forward to going back.
