Very rude agents! They’re not even as busy as other companies for them to request everything by email. Find another place that won’t talk to you with no manners
Disappointing, to say the least. I went to one of your open houses just to be told by, I'm assuming, listing agent 'Carlos Arvelo' that he cannot show the property without an agent present. Even though we advised him that we were being represented by an agent, I guess we looked too young and/or not qualified for his standards. He didn't even ask who was representing us or if we'd been pre-approved. He judged us solely based on our looks. That tells you where his priorities are.
