Had a 10 am appointment on a Saturday. Office was completely empty and closed. No one ever showed up. Had to reschedule the appointment
I had a provider call me the day before my appointment to reschedule. Mind you that I had to schedule PTO to make it to my appointment. They rescheduled me for the following week via TeleHealth at 3pm. I again had to schedule 2.0 hours of PTO to attend call, I sign onto call, sat there for over 40 minutes, then decided to call for them to tell me that they will have to cancel my appointment and reschedule again. 🤬
I was called to move up my appointment time from 1;45 to 12:30. I returned the phone call and confirmed the 12:30 time. Long story short, they cancelled my appointment without telling me, so after driving 50 miles, each way…I’m sitting here staring at the doctor who’s available and they’re telling me I have to reschedule because I wasn’t in their system. Apparently the clinician knew I had dropped off the schedule first thing in the morning and notified the receptionist to wait until I showed up…four hours from then…to then ... read more
