The five employees who came to install my solar system were remarkably conscientious. They concentrated on their so well, and used all their time so perfectly. Perfect service.
This company employs horrible door to door salespeople that have disregarded multiple large, "No Soliciting", and "Do Not Knock or Ring Doorbell" signs. Most recently they rang the doorbell twice in quick succession and then knocked. Matt is a clown. I have contacted your company several times before about this exact issue. Good guys who worked hard and left before I could get them any tip money, which I wanted to give.
We just used LGCY power to install our solar panels and battery. Their service agent Andrew was phenomenal as he came to our house as many times as needed to patiently walk us through all our questions and steps (which were many visits to our house as well as texts). Andrew is not just a service agent but also a qualified engineer that became our friend.
