Pushy salesman going door to door in my cul-de-sac Lied and said his company was replacing a transformer near my yard, that they sent 9 notices to me in the mail, or on my pepco bill. I asked are you a salesman he wouldnt answer the question ok fine we're good we dont want anything. Run away from this one, it is full of red flags! Would never buy anything from this company who sends the most agressive door to door sales people who are not able to answer a few questions straight forward but would rather waste your time talking nonsense details unrelated and doesn't matter to you as a customer !!
Very polite and organized people. They worked with me to reduce my bill drastically. I was paying $600 with BGE and it just kept going up. Now I’m paying $250 and It’s locked in, plus I didn’t have to pay anything to get the panels up. The process was a lot more simple than I had thought and the installation went really smooth. I also get credits for the extra energy that gets produced so I end up essentially getting paid for having the solar up. Really cool project overall.
Not transparent, promised savings but didn’t deliver, no help with rebates or any other customer support
Please stop sending sales people to my house that ignore a NO soliciting sign. This should be the first step of their training.
