We have had the please of working with LG Squared on several projects. Jodi is a talented architect and works well with our clients as they are navigating the different options and opportunities. Chris is a building science expert with a focus on HVAC design, high performance construction details in addition to architectural designs.
We built a home at Blackberry Farm in Walland, TN. They designed the system without talking to us. Several rooms did not have any supply. After the home was built and air temp in the summer in the home was 94 degrees and heat in the winter was at 54 degrees. They still said we did not need supply. These guys never once came to our home to help remedy. In fact, they said they were coming and 15 minutes before the meeting with our attorneys we never heard from them again. We sued and won. They are NOT engineers. Stay away!
