Honest repairman. Came and could not repair because part is welded in. He advised me to call LG, they said they did not have a special tool. It is July 4th week, so for a bit more than the repair, we decided to get a new unit since it is almost 9 years old. Did not charge for the call because he was not able to help us.

superior customer care. appointment set right away. engineer information was emailed. He called on schedule, was polite, and clearly explained to my wife what he was doing. I would advise anyone

After fighting with my home warranty and going without a working refrigerator for almost a month, I called LG to get it done through the refrigerator's warranty with them. I should have done that a lot sooner. They were professional and helpful the whole way through. They scheduled my repair that Friday for the following monday. Their repair technician was fast, friendly, and professional. I cannot recommend them enough.

These guys are great. I called because my LG fridge wasn't maintaining temps (lots of repair companies don't work on LG). They had someone available right away, but I scheduled for the following day. Daniel came out, very quickly diagnosed the problem, and told me that it wouldn't be worth the $$ for me to fix the fridge. And he didn't charge me for the diagnosis/service call! Plus, most importantly, my dog liked him. :) Thanks Daniel - I really appreciate your excellent service!
