LG CNS
Received LG refrigerator filters. This set does NOT fit. (Previously received filters were fine) Tried to contact company, but telephone call gets no answer nor reply to message. No email address anywhere to be found. This is the worst customer service!! DO NOT DEAL with this company.
Recently, I encountered an issue with my LG washer and reached out to the LG CNS customer service department. They promptly dispatched a replacement part, which arrived within a few days. I was really happy with their extraordinary customer service. This is not a fraudulent company. They are a subsidiary of LG Electronics.
