Excellent service and prices
Did great job
Had high hopes for these folks but unfortunately I was given a poor service and should probably save some others time/money. Whoever came out seemed pretty friendly and not very professional as he ate his sandwich while discussing what should be done. However the overall product was awful, that’s what matters most here. To start I asked for a basic vacuum and wipe down (not protectant) since this is a 2022 with 1k on the odometer. Arrived on time. Definitley wouldn’t call it a “detail” as no attention was paid to the details. Had standing dirty water in all of the doors as you can see in the photos which I had to use a towel to soak up and scrub again as several compartments were still dirty. Inside front windshield wasn’t touched. Inside of the door wasn’t touched. Inside speaker (picture below) wasn’t touched which took me a couple swipes to clean. arrived on time, seats and carpet looked great but the dash was left dusty and obvious spots missed, the vents were cleaned in one position only, my front interior window was not even touch lint and streaks were left on the interior of the side windows and back window not touched. All of these surfaces were part of the packageI bought. More frustrating when I tried to contact he company severala tmes by email no response, and their voicemail is full.
