our garage door stopped working and we left a message. the next morning, we got to talk with the office as soon as they opened, and kingston (with miles) showed up at our place in freedom a few hours later. the spring was broken, but since it was still under warranty, we only had to pay for the labor. we've used this garage door installer for a long time and always had a good experience. they know what they're doing, are quick to help, and are really friendly. highly recommend their garage door services.
Kingston did a quick temporary repair on our garage door when the spring broke and one of the plates for the cable came off. I contacted LFB Garages to fix my garage door opener. Even though they didn't install or sell this particular brand, they scheduled a quick appointment for me. Donald called on the morning of the visit to let me know he was on the way. He arrived promptly and quickly figured out the problem, making all the needed adjustments. The service was excellent and very friendly. I will definitely call again for any garage door or gate repairs in the future.

I had a great experience when the technician came to look at our garage door. The technician was very professional and clearly explained what was wrong with the garage door. He also let me know about the warranty and made sure I wasn’t charged for the visit, since I mentioned on the phone that I have a five-year warranty. Overall, the service was excellent and I appreciate the honesty and help I received.
