This company installed my ductless mini split, tank less water heater, and ran a gas line to my kitchen. No problems with any of that. The air handler for the mini split began leaking inside my house. Technician arrived the next day. Technician spent less than 5 minutes to inject pressurized air into the drain pipes to unclog them. Bill arrives...79 dollar visit fee is understandable, they are a business. 159 dollar charge for the unclogging is ridiculous. I call and ask to speak with the manager. Lady I spoke to over the phone was rude, the guy who came out to service our HVAC was rude and the bill was outrageous! The Wolfe family should as for their name to be removed!
I had no idea i would be charged 250 dollars for a. After hours service charge when he didn't have to fix nothing to tell us it was in defrost mode i could see mybe 150 never will we call them for anything
This company installed a heating and air unit to my home in September 2016. I have been trying to get them to come out and change a dehumidifier filter that the thermostat had been requesting - and Carrier has been notifying me via email about for a year. They consistently tell me that they will return my calls, visits and emails and that I do not have a humidifier. NO RESPONSES AT ALL!! My response to that was, "If I do not have a dehumidifier, then why is the thermostat asking for a new filter. You installed the unit!" All... read more
