My wife and I own a TX and a RZ. Never had a bad experience with Lexus in 15+ years of owning and driving Lexus until my most recent experience at Westminster. I left disgusted and upset at how little I felt valued as a customer. I was assured twice that management would reach out to me and would discuss my concerns but they never contacted me. Won’t go into the details but I will not visit Westminster again. I will go where I am valued.
It’s my second time going and I’m very happy with the service provided by Junior Vidal — he is a very kind person. They should promote him to a higher position because his customer service is excellent, and on top of that he speaks both English and Spanish
I had been driving a Lexus NX Sports for the past six years through a lease and later a purchase, and now I was planning to sell it. I sent my wife to get it appraised. But the person doing the appraisal didn’t even start the engine or check the mileage—he just quoted a price on the spot. His offer was $2,500 lower than the appraisal paper from CarMax, so my wife showed him the paper. Immediately, he matched that price.
