Lexus of Westminster Service Department is a very professional organization from Call Center (Tram) to Advisor (Bill Griffin). I have no qualms about using their service again.
We were on a time crunch as we are out of town & Westminster was able to get everything done for us fairly quick! Nader was a pleasure to work with.
I recently visited Lexus of Westminster, California, and I was quite disappointed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed disinterested and rushed. Even though I was genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle, the team made it clear that they were closing at 7 PM and seemed more focused on wrapping up than assisting me. Overall, it felt like my time and interest weren’t valued, and I left feeling frustrated and unappreciated.
If these people want to sell cars (or anything really) they should first work on their condescending attitude. I contacted multiple Lexus dealerships in SD, North county and Orange county for a good offer close to a price I set for myself, obviously I know it's a low price, but all I get was nice/helpful responses, and people eager to help me find what I need and showing me deals, best offer I got was 2k more than my price and I was happy about it, but I still reached out to these guys just to see what they got.
