Went in for a test drive and was barely given the time of day. Very disrespectful and would not come back here, especially when seeing how differently they treated other potential customers.
Junior from the service department is truly awesome. He went above and beyond for me negotiating out a deal between me and tow truck company that had damaged my car. He truly went above and beyond and did an amazing job! Thank you Junior! Will drive further to come here for any other service items.
I was in the market for a 2025 NX350H in Eminent pearl and palomino. This color combo was in such high demand in Los Angeles that there were only 4 left and many of them were already on hold. I called Alex Cao at Westminster and he stated it was available! We worked out the deal over the phone and he was very transparent on pricing. I went here a couple of weeks ago for a TX and was shocked at how arrogant the salesman was—just the way he talked was insulting. They gave us a total rip-off offer and clearly expected us to take it. I didn’t even bother trying to negotiate because it was obvious it would be a waste of time. We left, drove about 50 minutes inland to another dealership, and got exactly what we wanted. I’m so glad we didn’t fall for their nonsense.
