I was interested in a Lexus IS and was able get my brand new car thanks to Fabio. He is an incredible salesmen and made this process so easy and smooth. Stephen in the finance department was also great. If you want to have a headache free experience please ask for Fabio & Stephen. Also an immense shoutout to Ms.Fuego she was incredible and helped me setup my insurance and even helped me find an insurance with a much lower rate. Highly recommend those 3. Terrible customer service in the service department. As soon as i told them who i was and the problem i was having they literally hung up the phone on me and never answered back. His name was christian if i am not mistaken. I wouldnt buy a vehicle from this dealership or recommend it to anyone. Lexus of north miami does not have that problem.
I had a very disappointing experience with Lexus of West Kendall. I purchased a vehicle from them, expecting the quality and reliability that comes with the Lexus brand, but instead I ended up with a car that has multiple issues. Shortly after the purchase, I began experiencing problems, including steering issues (pulling to one side), a malfunctioning radio, and unusual clicking noises coming from underneath the car.
