I'm 45 years in the car business. One of my dearest friends purchased a 2024 Tesla Model Y from this store on Oct. 25th, 2025. This was after they attempted to steal their trade-in. Offering my friend $5500 when Carmax offered $7600! They of course offered to match the value. Carmax didn't play that game. They flat out attempted to take advantage of them.
