I bought my dream car here just yesterday, 03/09/25. I worked with Lora, Junious and Landon. First off - beautiful dealership! Well kept, huge, and while we were there we were offered water, coffee, snacks, etc. There is a very nice waiting area and never once did we feel jumped on or pressured for anything. From the beginning my car was approached immediately. I informed the Paul what needed to be done and he acknowledged it and told me that their mechanic will confirm and check everything out. Car was done on time and all went well.

I had a great experience at Lexus, Thousand Oaks, honestly I didn't know what to expect when I walked in. From my past experience with other dealers it normally toke more than 4 hours to get all paper work done, even I was paying a cash. Jeremiah was very friendly and knowledgeable, help me get a car that I am very happy with and as he promised I was out with my new car within couple of hours. I would definitely recommend going to Thousand Oaks Lexus.
