I received attentive service with an unscheduled drop in for an oil change and to address an unexpected "check engine" warning and Derek Bishop took care of me as a longtime customer of their service department. Derek has earned my trust and confidence over the years, and while the initial possibility was a problem with the catalytic converter which would have entailed a more expensive repair, upon further investigation Derek relayed the better news that an oxygen sensor had malfunctioned, which is a far less expensive issue... read more
