After making an appointment for an oil change, I wait 2 hours. Really? My bill is $170, for oil and 2 wiper blades, really? You used to get your car washed with a service at the dealership, NO.. I ask to have back hatch looked at, it’s not done. Now my interior lights are off. Yes, I can take the time to read the manual, but why should I have to do this, when it all worked when I took in my car. I see no reason to use a dealership, if this is the normal, unless there’s a recall Sherry Thaney

I bought my LX570 at a different Lexus dealer, but we recently moved to Jupiter so I called Lexus of Palm Beach for my 30,000 mile service. My call was answered promptly and my appointment was made for the very next day. I was there right on time but after waiting a half hour in the lounge without seeing anyone, I went searching for my Service advisor. I didn't feel I was treated as a AutoNation customer. I don't own a Lexus, I went to this car dealer only because they are AutoNation. I needed a flat tire service for my Honda Accord and as soon as they realize I was there with an Honda they give me "that" look (Oh! is not a Lexus owner). The service person that received me suddenly disappeared and nobody knows what I was there for. Then they took one hour and 15 minutes to fix the flat tire even the place was not packed. I don't recommend this dealer.
I had an amazing car buying experience at Lexus of Palm Beach!
