We had a great experience at Lexus of Palm Beach buying a new Lexus Car. Our salesperson, Mark Habib was excellent, very patient and was not pushy to sell us any particular car like at some car stores. He stayed 3 hours later than his work hours to make sure I understood how to drive the car and was very attentive to all our needs. I would highly recommend Lexus of Palm Beach to purchase a car.

I was very disappointed to receive an email saying I could schedule for a complimentary wash and check up just to get there and they are not washing vehicles due to COVID. I got the check up I asked y service adviser about some other stuff and he looked on the computer Nd it says my car does not have the features. I googled my vehicle and found out I do have the features and informed him it should be corrected in the computer. Overall I like the people they just need to be trained better. A big thank you to Mr. Samson who went above and beyond making sure I was fitted with the right vehicle. Excellent job. However, I was very disappointed with the staff there. When I entered the building browsing their inventory, I was passed on númerous occasions I was not greeted or no one cared to even ask if I wanted help or what was the reason for my visit. I went by the receptionist and paused a little, she didn’t care either. I just couldn’t believe.
My service person was so overloaded w customers he couldn’t focus on my issues with my car...will not return
Everyone is so helpful especially Bill who checked on my maintenance visit.
