I brought my car in for 12k service. The advisor was informed that one of my tires might have small leak. They were to perform everything except wash. When I got home I noticed cars were not rotated. I checked receipt and it said I requested not to do tire rotation. That was an absolute lie. On top of that I asked before I left if they reset maintenance schedule. I was assured it was. When I got in the car it was not. Lousy lousy service and dishonest on top of that
Lexus of palm Beach was great during sale and the service has been way above the level from other dealers. Jim Diamond service rep has been available and helpful and courteous. Very good experiences.
My Lexus RX350 was ready for maintenance and I wasn't looking forward to dealing with it at all. I was able to schedule an appointment online in just a few minutes which was great! I arrived on time and the car was taken away promptly. They gave me updates via text while I waited in the lounge area. Scott was really helpful as he knew I wanted to leave ASAP for another appointment I had. Thanks Scott!
