I think the whole experience was outstanding, Spero Coston & Alex Guia were super helpful, courteous and informative and I highly recommend them both and Herb Chambers Lexus provides amazing customer service thanks to them, I was shocked as Alex Guia drove the car 300 miles RT to my door both for a test drive and then again to deliver my RX450h after purchase, really impressed and highly recommend!
It's worth the trip! For the selection, service and great people!
I hate buying cars ! The high pressure tactics used by dealers push me away and turn me off. Having said that .... There was none of that at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. Ours salesman Alex Guia took the time to find out what we were looking for ... Made a few suggestions and then let the car sell itself ! We spent a lot of time at the dealership and enjoyed lunch at there lunch counter . Everyone was friendly and asked if we could be helped in anyway.
