Overall Lexus of Lansing has been great to me. Love the ppl here. But making me wait until recall is done isn't cool. Have to wait for vehicle to cool down then perform recall. I've spoken with many other GS owners that have had this recall done and they have received a loaner car for the day. I don't have time to waste. Now I have no choice.
They are great people and they do a fantastic job.
