Awesome experience at Lexus of Lansing! Misty, Nick and Tony were great to work with. Super honest throughout the whole process. Nick was awesome on each test drive and walked me through everything about the cars and different models. When I took delivery of my car, he took time to set up everything electronically with my phone and answered all my questions. I am so happy with my purchase and am grateful for their great customer service. I would highly recommend Lexus of Lansing!
