Everything about our experience was wonderful! From the sales guy, to the coffee counter, to the little store inside. Everyone was very professional and friendly and it was a rather quick process compared to past car buying experiences. Probably one of the best car buying experiences we've had.

Car buying can always be a traumatic experience.....not so with Lexus of Lakeway. Everyone was great. Our advisor, Ashley Martell, was excellent, very straightforward and personanle. I sent by best friends to buy a Lexus from R.K. and Culin today. The process was quick, and seamless finding the right vehicle, for the right price. Lexus of Lakeway is a great addition to our Lake Travis Community. Really appreciate the exceptional service, knowledgeable team, comfortable showroom and the convenient service department. Melanie Welch is a terrific sales product specialist. She's so patient and focused on make the entire purchase process a breeze.
Trying to love their service. Unfortunately I'm having a difficult time understanding why my airbag did not deploy during a very powerful accident. Seems the sheer force of the accident should have caused them to deploy. Now my new Lexus IS acting up after the post accident repair and I'm left with a bad concussion with memory loss.
Lexus of Lakeway is running a bait and switch, watch out. It clearly states on the website IS 200 lease $329 a month. When you go there they come back with $600 per month. Then they say well if you put down $5,000 we can do $500 per month. Beware of this dealership
The most enjoyable car purchase experience! Every person we encountered was friendly and genuine. My only regret is that I purchased a preowned car of a different make so I can't keep going back for regular service! I will, however, be back for every car purchase in the future.
