Absolute the worst Dealership in Austin. GM has no clue what is going on or how car's are sold at auction. A thief in my book !!!
I had an exceptional experience at this dealership. Ashley was great and the staff were all very friendly. Beautiful cars on the lot. You can tell their buyer had a great eye for quality. I didn’t feel pressured and they immediately offered a better deal than window. No games. Very patient. One of the nicest sales managers I’ve ever met as well (Michael). Although I didn’t find my vehicle there this time I will be checking with them first next time I’m in the market.
Best car buying experience ever. Very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no pressure.
A "courtesy" vehicle kept riding my bumper even though there was no one around me and I was in the middle lane, then sped around me to slam on his brakes. On top of that they kept swerving around and switching lanes to get in front of me even though I was trying to get away from them. I worry for anyone they are driving around.
