I would give a zero if possible. Took car in for oil change as part of purchase. When arrived to pick up car was given $1678.00 bill for new tires and alignment. My wife said she knew tires were needed but didn't ok the purchase. Service advisor said you approved repairs. The car wasn't even ready when we arrived after sending text earlier. They are adding $8000 to the MSRP. This is unethical in my opinion. Lexus of Chattanooga is not doing this and I recommend all buyers to contact them to get a new car.
Over a week ago we were in an accident that totaled my Gx 460 and we were looking to replace ours. We had dealt with a salesman( Peter) for a week regarding a grey one. We had already worked a deal via phone. When we arrived Peter put us with Andrew because he had an appointment. We were ready to buy it but we wanted some scratches buffed out and to certify it.
