I would give a zero if possible. Took car in for oil change as part of purchase. When arrived to pick up car was given $1678.00 bill for new tires and alignment. My wife said she knew tires were needed but didn't ok the purchase. Service advisor said you approved repairs. The car wasn't even ready when we arrived after sending text earlier.
