I have only purchased used vehicles from the dealer but even with that, they were so helpful and friendly! The service department is wonderful. There is a drive in and check in area so if it is raining, it doesn't matter. The waiting area is very comfortable and they offer free (good) coffee, hot chocolate and pastries while you wait!
